This term has seen an exciting start to our Sciath na Scol football campaign. We have a senior girls and a senior boys team. Both teams have had some exciting matches. History is being made as it is our first ever Girl’s Football Team!

Both teams played Berrings, St,Labhteens and Canovee. There were some tight matches with one match ending in a one point difference! The girls did not proceed to the next round but did us proud.

The boys are in the semi final and will soon play Farran N.S.

 

We are delighted to announce that we have a new Student Council. This team was elected by their peers. Many children made wonderful speeches. Sadly, not everyone could be elected. In previous years, the Student Council has led some great initiatives. We look forward to the year ahead.

Welcome back to all children. It was delight to see everyone again. A special welcome to our 14 new Junior Infants who have settled in well. All classes are busy with fun, learning and games. Here’s to a wonderful year for all.
